The duration of the inspection entirely depends on the type of inspection, size, and structure of the house. For instance, a basic Well Inspection typically takes two to three hours. On the other hand, Mold Inspection can be completed in an hour or so. We make it to efficiently conduct inspections and deliver you the report as soon as possible. 

If the realtor or someone else has suggested you to just paint over the mold, don’t take their advice. Mold can quickly grow and spread if not treated properly. In fact, there are several kinds of mold that feed on paint. So painting over mold can actually make it much worse. Long-term exposure to mold can cause respiratory issues. It’s imperative to get it professionally removed. 

If sewer inspection is neglected, you can get stuck with a malfunctioning drainage system. It is recommended to get your sewer system inspected every one to two years. When you’re purchasing a home, getting the sewer inspected will save you the hassle of messy and costly repairs.

While it is not mandatory for you to be present for the inspection, we strongly encourage it. Especially if this is your first home, you should be there for the entire inspection to understand any defects or shortcomings of the property.
