I am in the process of relocating to Denver, and the house hunting process has been stressful. When I finally found a place, I needed someone I could trust to inspect the house. David is great! Incredibly communicative, very honest, answered all my questions thoughtfully and in detail. I felt like David was genuinely looking out for me and had my best interests in mind. I asked about several add-ons to the inspection and David let me know whether or not they were really necessary, which ended up saving me money. We did a thorough walk-thru at the end of the inspection. David also provided me with a detailed report with photos/videos and suggestions/recommendations.
